I've been going here for about a year and always received good service and excellent pizza. Tonight I called my order in and the worker had a hard time hearing me. When I arrived I noted that she was on the phone with another customer with the mouthpiece under her chin and the music really loud. Needless to say my order was wrong. I ordered 2 family pizzas. I got a large and a family. The thick crust family was the size of the large and the easy sauce on the large was anything but light sauce. I didn't have time to wait for a fix so took what was there. I am thinking that someone needs to be trained on how to use a regular phone. Disappointed. Too much sauce and smaller sizes.
